Are you passionate about all things Workplace Space Planning and Occupancy? We are looking for a go getter, problem solving, Jenga master to lead our Workplace Implementation Team. This role oversees the strategic utilization and occupancy planning of our physical Starbucks offices (SSC and 13 Regional Offices).
As a member of the Workplace Solutions team, demonstrated success with effectively and positively collaborating with all functions of the business are a must. This role requires the ability to be flexible, nimble, and problem solve for unique and at times, challenging, space and business needs. As a manager, Workspace Implementation, you will…
- Partner directly with all SSC and Regional Office space contacts to strategically plan and allocate team space needs, while juggling the needs of neighboring teams and/or business priorities.
- Oversee the Workplace Solutions intake process for requests and build a program that better supports the necessary moves, adds, and changes.
- Strategically structure our PSP resource team to better align with our PMO process, reporting needs, financial requirements, and communication channels.
- Identify gaps and opportunities with internal processes to improve reporting, communication, and overall Partner experience.
- Set goals for the work group, developing organizational capability and modeling how we work together.
- Provides functional expertise by being the subject matter expert as it pertains to space utilization within the Starbucks Workplace Solutions portfolio.

- Extensive physical space planning and execution experience in a corporate environment
- Organization and planning skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
- Problem-solving skills and a growth mentality are a must
- Ability to prepare and manage budgets
- Interpersonal and management skills
