Nature of Work:

Provide venue, facility and production support within Kroenke Sports & Entertainment. Assist in facility support of various venues regarding asset management, procurement, and presentation. Assist in logistics of event preparation and execution. Be a resource for all KSE venues as it relates to office and workspace needs

Minimum Position Responsibilities:

• Provide support to Director of Venue Operations and Production and Senior Director of Production
• Conduct regular venue walks to ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of facilities: including arena bowl, concourses, service level, admin area spaces and offices, storage areas and outdoor areas.
• Advises promoters and/or touring personnel regarding economical solutions to help maximize revenue and reduce expenses.
• Acts as Production Point of Contact for KSE staff, contractors, merchandise, stagehands, audio support, video support, caterers, equipment rental vendors, etc.
• Plans and regularly directs the work of KSE employees and contract labor (Rhino Staging, Premier Facility Services, Laz Parking and others) in the timely production of events.
• Performs various maintenance functions on Ball Arena Production equipment.
• Work with various vendor partners to address needs of space and equipment.
• Work closely with back of house facility teams and front of house event staff to ensure venue is clean, working efficiently and set accordingly for upcoming events.
• Helps coordinate logistics for various events when needed.
• Work as a main point of contact between various departments, vendors, and staff on projects throughout the venue and across KSE properties, as directed by Director, Venue Operations and Production, to complete projects on schedule and within budget.
• Responsible for accurate inventory and storage of company assets.
• Direct all logistics for event preparation within the building, coordinating with event staff and vendors.
• Manage onsite and offsite storage areas.
• Other tasks as assigned by Director, Venue Operations and Production, and other department needs.
• Keep a consistent master calendar with Live Nation and AEG
• Serves as production manager for 40% of events per season: sports, special events and concerts
• Maintain dressing room furniture- proper set after events/storage as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Minimum
  • BS/BA degree in field or related field
  • High School or GED
  • 2- 4 years’ experience in field
  • Applicants must meet minimum qualifications at the time of hire.
• Preferred
  • Ability to acquire or produce and maintain a valid driver’s license and meet company vehicle driving standards.

Compensation:

• Base salary range $55,000-$65,000
• Eligible for annual discretionary bonus
