We are a leading pizza chain with a passion for delivering exceptional taste and quality. As we expand our franchise network, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Training Manager to join our team and play a crucial role in shaping the success of our franchisees.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Researches, assembles, and produces various operations training materials and resources for the use during the routine new store openings.
2. Facilitates and supports training activities of assigned new store openings.
3. Supervises the activities and guides the progress of trainees and managers participating in new store opening training programs, seminars, and workshops to company standards and expectations.
4. Coordinates and monitors the new store opening activities, along with other designated company personnel.
5. Monitors and guides activities of Franchisee and Store Management to be compliant with published, routine, and special Company standards and expectations.
6. Plans, researches, assembles content, verifies content validity, and supervises the regular revision and updating of existing New Store Opening program materials and manuals.
7. Facilitates both new and existing training programs, seminars, and workshops for testing and routine implementation.
8. Routine interaction with various Department Heads and Franchisees to determine the validity, effectiveness, and future needs of training materials and resources.
9. Other duties as assigned by Company Management.
REQUIREMENTS
(Minimum requirements for entry into position)
1. 70% Travel/30% Office
2. Willing to Relocate (Office Located in The Colony, TX)
3. Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
4. Three years restaurant experience including operations management preferred.
5. Prior multi-unit supervision/consultant and/or training experience preferred.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
7. Prior regular public speaking or presentation experience.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
