We are seeking a customer service and accounts recaiveable cleck. You will be responsible for managing and processing incoming invoices and payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Routing and scheduling appointments. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Process incoming invoices and appling payments them to customer accounts
- Generate and send out invoices to customers
- Follow up on past due accounts and initiate collections efforts
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions
- Routing daily Schedules and setting appointments
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve billing issues
Required
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry
- Familiarity with phone etiquette and professional communication skills
- Proficient in 10-key typing for efficient data entry
