Job Overview
- The Manager Trainee position is an entry level position for candidates to learn, understand and grow with Royal Auction Group. The Manager Trainee will work with the Site Manager to learn how to catalog, document and upload current assets into the auction software for auction sales. A successful Manager Trainee will be able to identify, catalog and upload all assets for each auction. He/she will also grow with many aspects of the business in order to progress in the company towards a management position. The Manager Trainee will be the next pool of managers and are essential in the growth of Royal Auction Group.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Manage incoming and outgoing assets.
- Document assets into Google Sheets format.
- Upload assets into bidding sites format.
- Document assets into company clerking format.
- Assist yard associates in the organization of the auction yard into proper selling categories and rows.
- Document assets with pictures and proper descriptions.
- Work auctions as necessary. (Including some Saturdays)
- Assist in numerous auction preparation duties.
- Assist in Social Media marketing.
- Any other reasonable duty needing to be completed by management.
Qualifications:
- Computer Skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point, etc.
- Ability to identify and/or operate construction and lifting equipment as well as commercial trucks and trailers.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
