| 1 | Monthly tax reconciliation of TDS payable, tax provision/advance tax and review for sign off for SOX records. And monthly monitoring matrix for PT legal entities for all TDS/Direct tax compliances with documents & sign off from Manager |
| 2 | TDS/WHT reconciliation with 26AS & Books for all PT Legal Entities on quarterly basis and recording of tax entries for correction of TDS/WHT GL as per 26 AS report for matchng the correct TDS/WHT credit received from customers for correct filing of Income Tax Return. Timely follow up with sales/other team for reco item for closure with accounting team. |
| 3 | Review/Health Checks (Quarterly) of TDS/WHT GL accounts from trial balances and deduction for improcing & correction of TDS/WHT deduction & payment to tax authoriteis for all PT legal entities on quarterly basis to avoid future tax litigations/issues on TDS/WHT. And discussion the review report with controllers and plant tax team for their knowledge & implementation. This is important as per internal audit report. |
| 4 | Review of specified person of all PT Legal entiteies and getting changes done in the system after review and linkage of adhar for employees and vendors and Compliances of SFT timely. |
| 5 | Tax recoverables receoncialtion with Tax Books Vs Local Financial/books & TDS demand correction for PT legal entities & revision with other compliances like timely downloading of certificares |
| 6 | Proper related parties reconciliations for Income Tax filing of foreign legal entities matching with 26AS and RTP of indian legal entieis. |
| 7 | Support to consultant in Income tax filings, TP certiciations, TP documentations & Tax audits for all PT's legal entities |
| 8 | Support in tax assessments/audits and ongoing litigations of PT legal entities with concerned advisors. |
| 9 | Timely tax computaton for financial and advance tax computations of PT Legal entities. |
| 10 | In other tax supports like suggestion to plants team for tax rates & records. |
| 11 | Keeping tax records for tax audits like TDS/WHT advises and other tax documents. |
| 12 | Preparing tax tracker of PTs legal entities with complete updation on tax notices, orders, rectification & appeal affects |
| 13 | Tracker of outstanding tax demand of traces and income tax from the portal on every 5th (month) |
| 14 | Process improvement of direct tax with respect to law changes for proper information to tax/finance team. |
