Reporting to the Director, Talent Development, the Talent Management Manager will improve talent capabilities through locally leading Talent Management programs including onboarding, performance management, talent discussions, and engagement across all subsidiaries of Red Bull, North America.
You will ensure Talent Management effectiveness through a deep understanding of our global philosophies, processes and how entity needs differ to ensure executional excellence and organizational effectiveness.
Job Description
ONBOARDING
Manage current onboarding programs across all North America entities, ensuring hiring managers and employees have easy to use, scalable and impactful tools that aid in the success of a new role.
Work and collaborate with non- Talent departments to build and execute an inclusive enterprise-level onboarding.
Plan, execute and facilitate when needed all orientation and onboarding programs, from first day on, including New Hire Orientation, Flight Academy, and others as needed.
Partner with Global Talent Management and NA Sales Training & Development function to use existing onboarding products and/or localize future ones for NA adoption.
Keep onboarding toolkits updated.
Collect candidate experience feedback to improve the onboarding process.
Identify opportunities of improvement to the employee experience by implementing continuous enhancements based on researching onboarding assessments, industry best practice and data driven analysis.
Track and report on key metrics to measure the effectiveness and impact of the new hire experience.
PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT & TALENT DISCUSSIONS
Own the integration of our core Talent Management processes by ensuring the right implementation plan and execution across North America.
Manage current process for Goal Setting (both performance and development) aligned with business process planning.
Activate My Progress conversations aligned with Talent Management annual timeline.
Support compensation transparency by Integrating a comprehensive performance to rewards approach aligned with Red Bull's compensation philosophy, equipping managers and employees accordingly.
Execute Talent Discussions process to better impact talent mobility/development across North America and collect/leverage data to help inform overall Talent strategy.
Equip Talent Business Partners to facilitate Talent Discussions with their client groups.
Continually develop business acumen and apply organizational knowledge to address key gaps in Talent processes effectiveness.
Facilitate enterprise workshops for My Role, My Development and Progress Conversations activations.
ENGAGEMENT
Support Red Bull Engagement philosophy and model through management and adoption of My Experience across all North America entities.
Manage Red Bull Engagement process/cycle in partnership with the Talent Business Partnership Function.
Collaborate with Talent Planning & Analytics Function to process and leverage Engagement data.
STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT
Contribute to talent strategy by partnering with Talent Business Partners and leaders to evaluate talent processes effectiveness and ongoing opportunities for improvement.
Enable and equip Talent Business Partners across Red Bull North America entities to gain buy in on Talent Management programs, driving adoption through the business.
Qualifications
3+ years in HR, Business Partner, Talent Development, or Talent Management.
+1 or more years in program implementation, process improvement or change management.
Experience integrating business needs and talent strategies into talent programs.
Ability to influence and deal effectively with change management initiatives.
Ability to analyze data, identify trends and recommend solutions to improve employee life-cycle performance, effectiveness, and satisfaction.
Strong planning and project management skills.
Advanced communication skills throughout all levels, with proven ability to influence and achieve win-win solutions.
Ability to manage multiple simultaneous initiatives, with the ability to purposefully prioritize when needed.
Ability to synthesize and simplify complex topics.
Proved track record of cross-functional collaboration.

The base salary range for this position is $88,000 to $115,000 + cash incentives.
Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
