Desired Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business or similar field.
- Prior supervisory experience is preferred.
- 5-10 years of progressively responsible related experience, including at least two (2) years’ experience at a supervisory level.
- Computer skills: Microsoft Office Suite (including Outlook, Excel, Teams, Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Project).
- Requires knowledge in ERP software (Epicor preferred).
- Other software examples include SmartSheet, SalesForce, DocuSign.
- Ability to lead and energize multidiscipline work teams to learn and apply new skills and techniques to respond to business needs.
Essential Functions:
- Supervises the flow of goods, resources and information required by the Company to ensure that critical processes run effectively and achieve organization goals.
- Oversee Supply Chain team and coordination with procurement, production, inventory control, distribution, transportation and other function to optimize Supply Chain.
- Oversees Warehouse staff (Shipping/Receiving).
- Monitors suppliers and service providers for quality and performance.
- Determine, plan, manage and optimize raw materials, consumables, spare parts and all other materials that are required to meet production plan
- Single point of contact for Contract Manufacturing (CM) regarding schedules and priorities
- Escalation point for CM requests from Arxium, e.g. drawings, engineering changes, etc.
