Your role in our mission
- Manages the identification, analysis and documentation of defects and inconsistencies in software program functions, outputs, online screens, and content; ensures defects are corrected in a timely manner.
- Develops trend analysis on key full life cycle development processes and quality indicators to meet business needs.
- Reviews current quality audit processes/systems; researches and implements new or improved testing methods, processes, tools and systems. Ensures systems and processes meet total quality management and industry standards and are aligned with company strategic goals.
- Manages the trial and qualification of new applications, equipments, and processes against pre-defined quality standards to ensure appropriate applications are used for business processes.
- Develops and maintains relationships with customers; analyzes customer concerns and issues and addresses issues appropriately and promptly.
- Manages quality management activities for projects to ensure adherence to quality, cost and schedule parameters of the project/program.
- Selects and hires employees. Trains and evaluates employees to enhance their performance, development, and work product. Addresses performance issues and makes recommendations for personnel actions. Motivates and rewards employees including providing salary increases, bonuses and promotions within allocated budgets and company guidelines.
- Prepares and recommends operating and personnel budgets for approval. Monitors spending for adherence to budget, recommends variances as necessary.

- Leadership experience (lead and motivate)
- Business Analyst or technical expertise with large datasets, proven problem-solving abilities
- Quality (Assurance) process improvement experience
- Program management knowledge

The pay range for this position is $84,700.00 - $121,000.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
