1. Experienced in Project Management using traditional waterfall & Agile processes.
2. PLM Project Leader to produce communications infrastructure for technology projects for Structured Champion Products and Parts for Definition, Design, Build and Deploy of PLM.
3. Responsible for communicating and collaborating with Engineering/Design/Project Management at plants, Corporate IT, and Transformation Teams.
4. Lead the functional & technical design and configuration of PLM applications.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to lead workshops to identify extensive transformations in current business processes. Successfully deliver key PLM innovations and implementations that will shape the future of Champion Homes.
6. Define and Design Business Process Maps from current state towards directionally meeting the desired state Contextual Maps that can be realized into an MVP30% rapidly and effectively.

Responsibilities

Governance Accountabilities

• Designing and developing complex Digital Transformation projects utilizing technologies across CPQ, PFA/CAD, PLM, and ERP.
• Supporting the definition of Statement of Work (SOW) for the software and services requirements for PLM and PFA project delivery.
• Developing emerging PLM technology into real-world applicable solutions
• Developing and supporting PLM Solutions technical capability covering cloud provision, managed service, and bespoke platform components such as EDA and PFA enablement technologies.
• Technical Support for our Windchill or Teamcenter users to be determined as the selection process in in progress.
• Supporting PLM delivery projects, covering a range of complex technical activities including installation, upgrade, and data migration.
• Accomplished verbal and graphic communication skills for client and design interaction
• Vision of professional drawing package setup, design and execution
• Understanding of the coordination process
• Good communications skills.
• Ability to complete assignments on time.
• Self-motivated problem solver.
• Use of MS Excel, MS Word, Boomi EDA, Adobe PDF and mainstream PLM tools - Revit, SolidWorks PDM, ARAS, ARENA, Enovia, Teamcenter, and Windchill.

Technical Accountabilities

• An IT or Engineering disciplines degree qualified, outgoing, enthusiastic, and entrepreneurial individual with a minimum of 10 years of experience in PLM platforms such as Teamcenter, Enovia, or Windchill.
• Experienced in working with key stakeholders to develop business requirements into value-adding applications for Product and Parts Management, Experienced in PLM build, test and deploy best practices.
• Understanding of Engineering and Manufacturing industry core processes such as MOC, Part/BOM Obsolescence Process, Engineering Change Request (ECR), and Engineering Change Order (ECO).
• Handson experience of Teamcenter - MPP, Structure Manager, BOM, Multi BOM, Variant Matrix, Product Configurator, and NX.
• Handson experience of Windchill - PartsLink, PDMLInk, ProjectLink, Variant Management, Configuration Management, and CREO.
• A degree in an Engineering or IT discipline is preferred.
• Leading the architecture and development of PLM functionalities. Designing and leading PLM transformative solutions.
• Coordinating with functional groups to gather requirements and shape directionally To-Be business process with all the stakeholders.
• Define and execute the data migration & conversion strategy and technical planning.
• Assist in identifying additional system value and process improvements. Assisting data migration activities and system interfaces. System monitoring and reporting preventative actions for stability. Proactively engage in system improvements, converting requirements into solutions.
• Collaborating with architects & functional experts from all domains to improve business processes at cost effective solutions.
• Building effective relationships with internal and external customers to provide a high-level of service delivery.
• Execute Decoupling, Normalization, and Recoupling of Champion Homes use cases and process cases. Designing complete As-IS Context maps and directionally articulating the future state of Business processes that are completely transformative and aligned with the latest disruptive technologies. Lead the requirements transformation before any solutioning takes place.
