In this role you will be responsible for the delivery, through management oversight, of daily operations for FX cash confirmations, settlements and related functions. Also you will work closely with the Americas Head of FX Operations and the regional heads of FX cash operations to ensure consistent services are provided to support the FX business.
As our Manager of NY FX Operations you will:
- Provide oversight of the onshore and offshore confirmation and settlement teams to ensure timely delivery and receipt of confirmations and receipt and delivery of payments
- Delivery of high value priority client service to meet client expectations and foster strong business relationships
- Provide the FX business and external clients with a single point of contact for escalation and direction on industry initiatives
- Control settlement risk and lead the first line of defense for AML and financial crime identification through oversight of the payment verification staff
- Responsible for global connectivity and communication with affiliate managers to ensure consistency and alignment to target operating models within operations and to ensure proper communication of key strategies and ad hoc relevant information
For this role, HSBC targets a pay range between $128,100 and $192,200.
The final fixed pay offer will depend on the candidate and a number of variables, including but not limited to, role responsibilities, skill set, depth of experience and education, licensing/certification requirements, internal relativity, and specific work location.
