We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales Manager to oversee, build and support a high performance team Of Inside Sales representatives to ensure customer satisfaction and sales growth. The Inside Sales Manager will lead and motivate the statewide Inside Sales team to achieve specific goals. He/she will monitor sales metrics, manage the entire sales administration process, and collaborate with various professionals throughout the organization on projects.

Job Requirements
Required Qualifications • Proven work experience leading a team of Inside Sales Representatives • Hands on experience with CRM software, MS Excel, and business intelligence tools. • In-depth understanding of the sales administration process • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Strong analytical and organizational skills • Numerical abilities and problem-solving attitude • Ability to work with a remote team • Some travel required Preferred Qualifications • BSc degree in Sales, Business Administration or relevant field preferred • Experience using various call center software a plus • English/Spanish bilingual a plus.
