Responsibilities

• Direct a team of technical trainers who conduct onsite and remote training to field service personnel

• Partner with Education Services to align on best practices for training curriculum and training approach

• Supervise training program efficiency, identify opportunities, and implement continuous improvements

• Ensure consistent training procedures and practices across all areas of the Field Service Organization

• Lead programs to assist employees with transitions due to technology and process changes

• Develop procedures and supervising tools to help enable Field Service Managers to ensure on time and accurate submission of Field Service Records

• Develop Field Service Record metrics and reporting dashboards and report out results to LT

• Develop tools and procedures to keep a detailed check on service record accuracy

• Vendor Management

  • Partner with Staffing Vendors to establish KPIs and SOWs

  • Implement metrics and processes to track vendor expense and identify CI projects

  • Develop processes for vendor time card and T&E expense management as well as invoice reconciliation and approvals

Minimum Requirement:

• Bachelors Degree; or equivalent combination of Education and 5 plus years of proven experience.

There are many factors, such as location, that contribute to the range displayed. The salary offered to a successful candidate is based on experience, education, skills, and actual work location. Salary ranges may vary for Field-based and Remote roles.

$107,000.00 - $176,500.00
