Client Services Manager

To oversee all services and programs provided to clients of Assure Pregnancy Clinic including the training, coordination and encouragement of volunteers in the Clinic, Bridges Parenting, and Post-Abortion Recovery Programs.

Major Responsibilities

• Conduct regular training seminars for potential volunteers
• Interview all new potential volunteers and determine readiness for service
• Ensure that all new volunteers are oriented with APC policies and procedures
• Establish and oversee a monthly schedule of volunteer shifts within the Clinic
• Train and equip volunteers for ministry educationally, personally and spiritually
• To provide options counseling to Clinic patients when volunteers are not available
• Responsible for overseeing accurate inputting of all client follow-up info into client database
• Encourage, mentor, and equip volunteers on a regular basis, including preparing topics and speakers for The Zoe Group meetings
• Create and send out monthly Volunteer E-Newsletters
• Responsible for acknowledging volunteer birthdays
• Responsible for recording (written and photo) client stories and testimonies
• Meet regularly with Bridges Program Coordinator to assess needs of program
• Assist Bridges Coordinator and Mentors in planning annual Christmas party
• Oversee the development, implementation and maintenance of client programs for long term client support
• Make sure client brochures and literature are well stocked; submit requests for reordering as needed
• Attend staff meetings, in-service trainings, and retreats as scheduled
• Maintain communication about volunteers and Bridges programs to the Executive Director regularly.
• Maintain and update Client Resource guide annually or as needed
• Attend community resource fairs and collaborative meetings for networking
• Be available to represent Assure by speaking at local churches as needed
• Work with Executive Director and other staff to plan biannual volunteer appreciation events
• Meet with Executive Director weekly with updates
• Attend all fund-raising events and assist where needed

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $29.00 - $32.00 per hour
