What you’ll do:
As a Manager, Media Technology, you’ll lead digital production-focused projects through to execution, implementing effective team approaches and develop technology strategies that improve the process and power our clients’ businesses forward.
Day-to-day, your role includes:
- Bringing to the table a deep understanding of the best Web marketing capabilities and innovations, and driving development of thoughtful and actionable implementation and measurable strategies
- Collaborating with interdepartmental teams to identify issues and opportunities for the business through the use of unique serving media technologies in planning and executing media
- Being the “big picture” person – maintaining a clear and reasonable vision of the next steps needed
- Effectively using and explaining campaign implementation resources (e.g., third-party ad servers such as Google Campaign Manager) to relevant parties
- Aiding in completing monthly staffing analysis reports
- Developing, reviewing, and approving budgets to ensure that resources are properly forecasted and applied
- Building strong client, vendor and interdepartmental relationships – you’ll win their respect and be recognized as a leader on the business
We’re looking for strong, impactful work experience, which typically includes:
- Five to Seven years of experience, preferably in a creative agency – including One to Three years in ad operations in an agency or marketing company with relevant interactive experience
- Hands-on experience working with media technology including ad servers, rich media vendors, and optimizers
- A knack for teamwork – you’re at your best in a closely collaborative structure
- Great technical skills and working knowledge of HTML and JavaScript
- Strong understanding of business and technical processes to enable smart technology solutions
- Experience with Dynamic Creative
- Solid understanding of how dynamic creative (e.g. OLA, OLV, CRM) sites are built
- Strong collaboration, flexibility and ability operate effectively – even in ambiguous circumstances
- Team management skills working with a globally distributed team
- A stellar ability to problem solve, prioritize tasks, multitask, and manage time effectively
- Excellent communication skills – you’re articulate, straightforward and, above all, you’re thoughtful and kind

“Compensation Range: $70,000 - $110,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting.
