Do you want to help write the next chapter of our story? We are looking for a Manager, Marketing - Makeup & Treatment based in New York, New York.

The role:

You will develop marketing strategies and programs to drive growth in support of brand objectives while delivering on time and with excellence. You will supervise, coach, and develop the Marketing Coordinator and Intern to ensure completion and execution of all projects.

What you’ll do:

In an environment where our customers are a top priority, you will oversee category development for Makeup, Men’s, Body, and Sun business with a focus on reinforcing Clarins core values.

• Manage basic business portfolio for Makeup, Men’s, Body & Sun categories including development of re-support promotions, marketing collateral, price positioning and competitive analysis.
• Oversee annual launch programs for category by driving forecasts, developing launch presentations, leading local product positioning, spearheading asset development, and performance analysis.
• Analyze market intelligence and category trends against all categories by spearheading Circana recaps.
• Develop and maintain marketing budgets with focus on achieving company CSR initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and supervise marketing coordinator and interns to ensure timely completion and successful execution of all department projects.

You are:

• Detail-oriented, well organized, decisive, and results oriented.
• Team player with good communication and presentation skills.
• Customer oriented, result driven, passionate about our brand and challenges, entrepreneurial mindset.
• Eager to grow in a company genuinely committed to responsible beauty.

You have:

• Minimum of 5 years of Marketing experience.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Color Cosmetics experience or prestige beauty channel experience required.
• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint for in-depth analysis, reports & presentations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a dynamic, creative, challenging & fast-paced environment.

Salary: $90,000-$110,000
