Do you want to help write the next chapter of our story? We are looking for a Digital Project Manager based in New York City, New York.
The role:
You will support the eCommerce and CRM teams in optimizing digital products for the North America region. You will play a key intermediary role between business and technical teams to implement complex Digital Projects.
What you’ll do:
In an environment where key priorities include accelerating Direct-to-Consumer business growth and increasing our customers’ loyalty and engagement through a superior customer experience online and offline, the Digital Project Manager will:
- Optimize omni-channel digital tools to encourage conversion rate, grow sales, and provide excellent service to our customers.
- Gather and prioritize digital product/system requests and provide requirements to technical partners from the regional perspective.
- Work cross-functionally to troubleshoot and solve customer pain points on digital platforms.
- Plan, track and execute digital tool and eCommerce program optimization projects.
- Ensure that new digital products are tested and working properly on regional platforms.

- Curious – eager to investigate, learn new skills, and ask probing questions.
- Empathetic to the customer’s/user's journey with the ability to put yourself in their shoes.
- Able to interpret the needs of customers and the business, and clearly convey detailed requirements to technical teams.
- Able to think ahead and anticipate both needs and consequences.
- Autonomous and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership.
You have:
- 5+ years of experience in Digital/eCommerce project management, website configuration & testing and/or managing CRM platforms & flows.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, SalesForce Commerce Cloud (or other eCommerce platforms) and Jira.
- Skilled in project management, cross-functional collaboration, communicating business requirements to a technical audience, website testing, CRM flows.
- Knowledge of French a plus.
