Manager, Majors Sales

What you can expect

We are looking for a, high-energy, and driven Majors Sales Manager with experience in the SaaS technology space. Accustomed to value driven sales, you’ll grow our business in this key sector by tapping your established relationships, identifying new opportunities and leading and developing a winning team of sales professionals.

Through strategic partnerships and a customer-centric approach, they play a pivotal role in expanding Zoom's global presence and ensuring businesses harness the full potential of virtual collaboration.

What we’re looking for

• Experience at the C-level – prospecting, qualifying, developing, and closing business with complex sales cycles

• Experience selling SaaS or video/audio conferencing space

• Able to clearly understand and articulate business issues and how Zoom solutions can address those issues

• Experience motivating a team of high performing & experienced sellers

• Able to manage complex sales with extended sales cycles

• Experience accelerating revenue in a fast paced & high growth environment

• Able to access and develop trusting relationships with C-level business executives.

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations.
