The International CMP team is focused on supporting international Starbucks markets to drive innovation, growth and a customer experience that enhances the Starbucks brand around the world. This role is responsible for integrating global marketing campaigns and strategic program launches across more than 84 countries around the world. This is an opportunity for global exposure in a fast-paced retail environment, where there is always an interesting problem to solve.
As an International Marketing Manager, you will...
Partner with our regional marketing teams to develop locally relevant campaigns and programs; going deep to understand consumer insights and competitive pressures.
Build and execute strategic programs to expand the brand reach and drive growth across our retail and digital portfolios.
Lead the cross-functional integration of strategic enterprise initiatives that support global brand expansion.
Manage and optimize global information sharing communication channels and processes, enabling visibility and coordination between regions to inform strategies and decision making.
We'd love to hear from people with:
- Strong desire or experience in supporting international and cross-cultural initiatives.
- Ability to develop recommendations and guidance grounded in data, insights, and learnings.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing, with a diverse set of stakeholders, including leadership.
- Ability to build trust, credibility, and strong relationships with cross-functional partners at all levels within the organization.
- Proven ability to respond to and prioritize changing demands effectively.
- Ability to work both autonomously to independently drive projects/initiatives and as part of a team.
- Project management skills: organized, high attention to detail, able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience; MBA preferred.
- 3 years of experience in role supporting digital customer experiences, brand management and/or marketing.
