During your time in the Manager in Training Program for Customer Service Operations - Patient Experience, you will complete field training and classroom assignments preparing you to function competently as a Manager. Training will focus on enhancing your management and technical skills while assisting with the enhancement of patient, client, customer and employee experiences. You will also be involved with providing customer service for revenue cycle questions, Medicaid eligibility, HR resources, workers compensation claims, etc. Field training will ensure you are knowledgeable in all aspects in the business office functions. You may be involved with day to day operations of inbound calls from patients for scheduling, billing and other customer service related calls. You could also be asked to be involved with calls from employees on how to submit IT tickets or how to obtain W2’s and more. You will also complete training modules in various departments and display competency in specialized aspects of the position such as registration, compliance, billing and collections

 

Qualifications:

• BS or BA degree required (or within 6 months of the completion of a BA or BS). Accounting, Business, Finance Healthcare Administration & Hospitality degrees are a plus.
• MBA degree helpful but not required
• Experience in healthcare, healthcare management or finance is preferred.
