Job DescriptionDevelop and maintain EBGs system for implementation of various products and services across multiple carriers for your clients (both payroll deduction and direct bill). Act as the project manager between Carriers, Partners, and Clients to facilitate timely implementations, resolve issues, and manage queries. Ensure that all processes and procedures for both the Clients and Partners operate as smoothly as possible, while emphasizing minimal workload for the Client. Maintain precise and clear documentation of all procedures and necessary information for ongoing reference and to guarantee an efficient implementation.
Essential Functions
- Create internal system to manage all client implementations.
- Develop scalable Project Manage processes that support multiple carriers and clients.
- Train and manage team members to handle end-to-end multi-product implementations.
- Manage projects to hard go-live dates inclusive of end site testing and validation.
- Create a fun and positive work environment and the innate ability to inspire others.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications- 4 Year Degree plus 5 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
- Outstanding communication and management skills
- Must possess strong organizational, and time-management skills
- Manage timelines and deliverables across multiple third party systems.
- Strong people skills to manage internal stakeholders, outside clients, and vendors
- Ability to perform advanced tasks in Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge and experience in the use of customer management systems
