Job Summary:
The Jet Vac Operations/Branch Manager is a management and leadership role focused on the employees, equipment and operations of the business.
All employees; roughly 20 will report to the Jet Vac Operations/Branch Manager. The Jet Vac Operations/Branch Manager will report directly to the District Manager and be responsible for the direct oversight of all business operations.
JET VAC OPERATIONS Job Responsibilities:
- Directly manage all daily activities of personnel, equipment, scheduling and all operations associated with scheduling and completing work.
- Directly responsible for job pre start planning and meetings
- Directly responsible for daily all job execution and tracking job(s) progress
- Hold crews and crew leads accountable and responsible to production and safety
- Communicate areas of accountability and performance expected of personnel assigned
- Responsible for hiring and firing of personnel as needed
- Support staffing process, working with Regional Recruiters to fill open positions for the site.
- Work with maintenance shop to ensure sufficient equipment is ready and able to meet the demands of customer schedules.
- Escalate and direct operational activities when problems arise, conduct analysis of problems to provide input for future process improvements.
- Implement ongoing safety program in accordance with company safety programs and guidelines.
- Track employee hours and pay daily/weekly and approve payroll in the online system.
Job Requirements:
- Valid Driver’s license required.
- Requires work performed in outdoor environments.
- Exposure to variable and adverse weather conditions.
- Exposure to noise, vibrations, jarring, fumes grease oil & chemicals.
- Active, physical work involving occasionally; lifting (50+ lbs.), carrying, pushing, pulling, stooping, kneeling, crouching, bending, reaching; walking, standing, driving and operating equipment for extended periods of time.
- Requires focus adjustment, depth perception, clear close & distant vision. Use of ear, eye and other safety equipment.
- Requires regular use of hands to finger, handle, feel or operate objects, tools or controls and reach with hands and arms.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $79,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
