Manager, Human Resources Business Partner

As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for translating business needs into actionable strategies, contributing to HR program management, and fostering employee communications. What You’ll Be Doing.
- Collaborate closely with business leaders and staff to address HR needs, from retention and onboarding to organizational development, performance management, and workforce planning.
- Provide solutions-focused HR guidance, advising on best practices to drive individual and team excellence, and analyze HR and business data to identify opportunities for improvement in performance, retention, and employee experience.
- Partner with leaders to understand people implications of business challenges, initiatives, and goals, and devise strategies for success, while working with other HRBP’s both in the US and abroad to ensure corporate projects are on time and executed effectively.
- Champion DEI initiatives to promote inclusion and belonging for all staff
- Interpret, implement, and assist leaders with HR policies and procedures in our New York, Mexico City, Toronto, and Sao Paulo offices.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues; conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations, while maintaining in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Conduct HR budget planning for the NY office in conjunction with finance department and HR controlling, providing compensation support including salary planning and job leveling.
- Work on various HR projects as needed.
Must Haves.
- Previous HR Business Partner experience.
- Strong data background with excellent initiative, follow-through, and attention to detail.
- Collaborative self-starter who works well in a team environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Extremely flexible, composed individual who builds trust and impactful relationships within the business.
- Knowledge of federal, state and local laws and statutes.
It’s a plus if you have experience with SuccessFactors and Spanish/Portuguese language skills.

Pay Range
$75,000 – $90,000 per annum
The pay range listed above is dependent upon factors such as work experience, qualifications and business needs. In addition to the range above, this role is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus and applicable benefits.
