SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE
We are seeking a motivated and proactive Junior Human Resources Business Partner to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a self-starter with 2+ years of experience in HR, who is eager to take on new challenges and make a meaningful impact. As a Junior HRBP, you will play a key role in supporting various HR functions, including strategic planning, talent management, leadership development, analytics, employee engagement, training and development, workforce analytics, and HR technology and systems.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Identify leadership development needs and assist in the design and implementation of leadership development programs.
- Support leadership in achieving their goals and enhancing team performance.
- Assist in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting HR data to provide insights for decision-making.
- Contribute to the development and tracking of HR metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives.
- Assist in developing and implementing strategies to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Participate in employee engagement initiatives and provide support for feedback mechanisms.
- Support compensation and benefits activities, including benchmarking, analysis, and administration.
- Assist in ensuring that compensation and benefits practices are competitive and aligned with organizational goals.
- Contribute to diversity and inclusion initiatives to create an inclusive and equitable workplace.
- Identify training needs and assist in coordinating training programs to develop employee skills and capabilities.
- Support the implementation of development plans and initiatives to foster continuous learning and growth.
- Use data and analytics to forecast workforce trends and provide insights for HR strategies.
- Assist in monitoring demographic shifts and their impact on the organization's workforce.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of HR technology and systems.
- Assist in leveraging HR systems to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, I/O Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in HR roles or related positions.
- Understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in HR software and systems is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
