Summary:
This position will build and lead the HR Service Center (HRSC) team for our current team members and future expansion. This person will manage all activities associated with the center's delivery, including developing and implementing policies and procedures for the HRSC including case management, call and case auditing, escalation resolution. Responsible for the processing and timely payment of both hourly and salaried payroll as well as other tasks along the full employee lifecycle (onboarding, off boarding, job changes, etc…). Manages HRIS to provide timely and accurate reports to support HR teams and Client Group. This team will work in conjunction with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits, and others.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement an integrated service center strategy. Ensures the execution of consistent and legally sound processes. Partners with other Human Resources functions to ensure alignment and integration of strategies.
- Responsible for HR Systems and system operations, ensure data integrity, report, and analyze data flows to ensure accuracy
- Ensure a positive working relationship within the service center team and with client groups by frequently communicating and soliciting feedback and measuring customer satisfaction.
- Oversee and supervise the organizations payroll functions, ensuring pay is processed on time, accurately, and in compliance with government regulations.
- Work directly with the Accounting team to ensure the timely processing of ACH payments, wire transfers, tax payments and other financial obligations associated with payroll processing.
- Process and manage of multi-site payrolls for 1400+ employees
- Support in leading the implementation of new HR related system – Success Factors
- Oversee and maintain the organization’s internal HRIS, which include database management, development, maintenance, and upgrades
- Maintain cleanliness at work-site in accordance with 5S3R Standards:
- Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain
- Right Location, Right Quantity, Right Container
- Conduct thorough and timely Layered Process Audits in appropriate work areas
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required, MBA or MS preferred, or equivalent, relevant experience
Experience:
- 7+ years of experience in Human Resources or related field
- 3 to 6+ years of experience leading a team and managing processes
- Experience in documenting processes
Skills:
- Comfort around higher management
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and make sound decisions
- Effective workflow and process management
- Planning skills and effective communication of priorities
- Delegation and directing teams to meet goals
- Strong working knowledge of HR systems and operations
- Strong analytical abilities and problem solving with demonstrated ability to run reports, and interpret/analyze data outputs
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed to support and work with HQ and global sites
