Position Description
The HR Generalist is responsible for supporting the Human Resources initiatives, programs, policies and processes. Some of the areas of responsibility will include on-boarding, benefits, new hire orientation, file maintenance, leave tracking, relationship-building, and professionally representing the Human Resources function with Cedar Creek Hospital.

Qualifications
HR Generalist Job Requirements
Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business or other related field preferred.
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of HR Generalist experience strongly preferred.
