Manager, Financial Business Partnering- Blue Bell, PA- Hybrid
The finance Business Partnering ("FBP") group provides financial and consulting services designed to add value, direction, and leadership to the business. The team plays an integral part in enabling ICON to accomplish its objectives by bringing a best-in-class approach to evaluating its finances and strategy.
Role responsibilities include:
- Manage ICON Development & Commercialization ("IDC") P&L, including the consolidation of the IDC business units: Early Phase, Labs/Imaging, Late Phase, ICON Site and Patient, ICON Consulting and DCT
- Primary IDC FBP with the broader finance organization
- Prepare and maintain reporting package to be used during the financial close, forecast, budget and quarterly business review processes.
- Analyze business unit financial results and key performance indicators including the preparation of monthly & quarterly reporting packages and commentary
- Work with senior leadership team to develop and build annual budgets
- Develop business unit headcount reporting and management process
- Make recommendations to business unit management for optimizing financial performance and achieving financial targets
- Assist VP and business unit FBP's with IDC financial initiatives

Candidate Profile / Qualifications:

- Relevant experience in a finance setting (possibly client facing or Business Partnering)
- Bachelor's Degree, or local equivalent, in related field or equivalent experience.
- Strong financial analysis and problem solving skills.
- An ability to distill and summarize large, complex data sets.
- Emphasis on attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to interact with and influence a variety of personnel across the organization including senior management.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Excellent working knowledge of MS office package, in particular Excel & PowerPoint
- Experience using Oracle ERP/ Hyperion / Essbase an advantage
