Position Overview

As a Business Experience Plan & Admin Advisor within PNC's Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) - Marketplace organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA. Other locations in the PNC footprint considered.
Roles & Responsibilities
-Onboard with and/or have the aptitude and agility to learn to become a subject matter expert related to marketplace, customer, and/or competitive. Expertise to include diverse client and business behavioral insights.
-Leverage learned knowledge as a Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) Relationship Manager supporting 1 - 2 Regional President territories, which encompass a subset of the current 52 Regional President markets across the national footprint.
-Hold a baseline understanding of the business of banking and/or D&I from the lens of data analytics, thought leadership, and/or experiential learning in prior roles.
-Proactively seek to learn related to banking, D&I, markets, and/or customer segmentation to build subject matter expertise and deliver work product(s) that may or may not be directly connected to the Regional Council work set. Work products may include deliverables related to the overall Corporate Responsibility Group and/or a team within the broader organization.
-Quickly learn about PNC markets and their respective talent base to be a resource that is a catalyst for collaboration across the Regional President's Office, Retail, and/or Lines of Businesses as needed.
-Be a voice of influence in shaping PNC's D&I initiatives, inclusive of communication strategies and/or go-to-market plans related to Corporate Responsibility and/or D&I.
-Create, distill, and use data analytics to help shape the work product in a meaningful way. When data is not readily available, work through how data can be collected and implemented in future state.
-Design and influence through compelling presentations with relevant insights on the topic at hand and effectively share across multiple mediums.
-Present to audiences at a variety of seniority levels and/or facilitate forum(s) that help shape mindsets and compel the audience to follow through on calls to action that drive business outcomes.
-Skill to master matrix management and deliver end-to-end business outcomes, beginning with strategy and moving through final execution.
-Demonstrate the capability to build authentic, long-lasting, professional relationships (new and existing) that enable the delivery of aligned to work products.
-Build connectivity and sound working partnerships across a multitude of areas, inclusive of Marketing, Communication, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Human Resources, and/or Sales Related Team(s).
-Expert in project and/or process management skills that enable the delivery of complex initiatives.
-Possess an enterprise-wide lens that allows for work across Line of Businesses, including Retail, C&IB, and AMG
-Understand and/or gain an understanding of PNC's risk policies and can develop and/or manage risk controls.
-Help drive marketplace business outcomes through influence or direct activation inclusive of being a voice at the table with Product, Channel, Marketing, Communications, and/or Sales partners.
-Exposure to product development and/or technology, inclusive of MIS may be beneficial to select deliverables or interactions with business partners.

-Advanced skills related to Microsoft Office tools, including Excel & PowerPoint
-Production capabilities with additional tools such as SharePoint, Flix, and/or ON24
-Bachelor's Degree required; MBA preferred
NOTE: Final candidates will be interviewed by the existing Marketplace team and have an opportunity to complete an assignment to highlight their work style and work product.
Job Description
  • Collaborates cross-functional teams to improve business planning methods. Executes key business initiatives and growth strategies and programs that will drive line of business objectives. Demonstrates commitment to quality by delivering the CARES model to customers and/or internal partners.
  • Responsible for executing and implementing business planning processes. Helps to designs strategic plans based on forecasts, and provides improvement recommendations.
  • Understands business direction and needs and develops solutions, roadmaps and assessment of potential business impacts. Identifies and executes opportunities that add value to the business and to achieve business goals.
  • Works with key decision makers to ensure cross-business and cross-functional alignment and synergy.
  • Serves as subject matter resource and advocate that influences the implementation of best practices and learning plans that meet business objectives.

Planning: Tactical, Strategic - Ability to contribute to operational (short term), tactical (1-2 years) and strategic (3-5 years) planning in support of the overall business plan.
Problem Solving - Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply this knowledge appropriately to diverse situations.
Work Experience
Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 5+ years of industry-relevant experience. Specific certifications are often required. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
