Our Employee Relations Manager will play a critical role as a leader in the Hologic Human Resources function. This person will be responsible for developing and leading the Employee Relations function at Hologic that will build upon, consolidate, and centralize existing Employee Relations processes. In this role, this leader will have a critical seat at the table to assure we deliver on our Purpose, Passion, and Promise at Hologic.
What To Expect:
- Develop and stand-up a centralized US Employee Relations function. This will require partnership and collaboration with the Human Resources Leadership Team and key stakeholders, including those currently managing Employee Relations matters.
- Serve as point of contact for complex and escalated Employee Relations matters across the organization.
- Provide accurate and timely responses to inbound issues and determine expedient solutions to ensure fairness, consistency, and compliance.
- Support or conduct investigations of escalated matters leveraging a solid understanding of employment law principles and best practices.
- Consulting and escalating matters to in-house employment counsel and transferring matters to other teams as necessary.
- Analyze data to identify trends, provide insights, and make proactive recommendations to stakeholders and cross-functional partners to develop solutions, programs and policies.
- Promote the consistent application of policies and procedures and compliance with federal and state employment laws and regulations.
- Manage utilization of EthicsPoint Incident Management within Human Resources.
- Perform Ad hoc Project Management.
What We Expect:
- Minimum of 8 years of Human Resources experience, with at least 5 years of experience managing Employee Relations.
- Handle confidential information and sensitive information with discretion.
- Maintain accuracy and produce high-quality work in a fast-paced business environment.
- High energy, fast-paced sense of urgency to meet the demands of the client organizations.
- Able to quickly respond to difficult situations or inquiries with professionalism.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Additional Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- PHR/SPHR certification a plus
- Intermediate skills with MS office suite
- EthicsPoint Incident Management experience preferred, but not required

The annualized base salary range for this role is $98,500 to $164,200 and is bonus eligible. Final compensation packages will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs and market demand.
