- Lead the team responsible for building DC hourly training resources, technical, functional & systems training, as well as hourly onboarding.
- Drive hourly skills and capabilities required to execute on DC operational strategy, business results, and support cross-training and career pathing across distribution centers.
- Leads, develops, manages, and recruits a Lead Trainer in each DC Campus to support and deliver functional training aligned with the strategic business priorities of global fulfillment and SSC.
- In partnership with P&C (L&L & BP), Lead the strategy, as well as the design, development and delivery for all functional Distribution Operations learning programs and their sustainment.
- Assumes responsibility for hourly population training, including onboarding, ongoing training, cyclical training, and business-related training, including the seasonal onboarding process for all Distribution Centers.
- Oversee the quality and effectiveness of all learning design; ensure that milestones are met, stakeholders are satisfied and ultimately achieve the desired business impact.
- Analyze learning data to improve engagement, increase quality, and planned adjustments.
- Manages the annual curriculum training strategy for Distribution Operations leaders and associates in partnership with the People + Culture department and Global Distribution leaders. Aiming to maximize knowledge transfer and sustained skill development to meet business results.
- Identifies appropriate localization needs and delivery methods to optimize learning retention while remaining vigilant for industry best practices in learning and development for employees.
- Ensures training sustainability and impact by evaluating proficiency, expertise, on-the-job application, and alignment with business results. Encourages accountability within the team for assessing training effectiveness.
- Develop presentation content and deliverables to support senior executive updates and business reviews.
- Collaborate with and oversee 3rd party partners/consultants based on specific scope of service requirements.
- Work closely with peers across Global Distribution and key partners, ensuring alignment and comprehensiveness in planning, management, and execution.
- Mentor, coach, and develop talent through the Global Distribution organization. This includes creating development plans, succession planning, the yearly review process and offering both positive and constructive feedback.

- B.A./B.S. in Adult Education, Learning and facilitating or proficient experience in facilitating training and onboarding for hourly employees in a manufacturing or supply chain environment.
- Minimum of 7-10+ years' experience in training and facilitation in the supply chain or retail industry, with a minimum of 3 years in a management role
- Proven track record of assessing learning needs and developing solutions, resulting in improved individual and organizational performance.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect learning initiatives to business goals and results.
- Experience in Consumer Supply Chain strategy & operations preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products
