Who are you?

 

We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Demand Generation Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving lead generation and pipeline growth specifically within the health plans, consultants and brokers industry. Your primary focus will be on developing and executing targeted marketing strategies and campaigns to attract and engage health plans, consultants and brokers, ultimately contributing to the overall success of our business.

 

In this role you will wear many hats, but your knowledge will be essential in the following:  

  • Develop and implement Demand Generation strategies: Create and execute comprehensive Demand Generation strategies tailored to the health plans and brokers segment, taking into consideration industry trends, competitor analysis, and target audience needs.
  • Lead generation: Identify and prioritize key target accounts and prospects within the health plan, consultants and brokers segment. Generate high-quality leads through various channels such as email marketing, digital advertising, content marketing, and events.
  • Campaign management: Plan, execute, and measure marketing campaigns to drive demand and engage health plans, consultants and brokers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product, to ensure alignment and campaign success.
  • Planning & executing a comprehensive 12-month campaign calendar of activity across all consumer touchpoints to maximise exposure to and conversion of target audience
    • Calendar will include:
      • Full funnel activity - blend of product and thought leadership content
      • Weekly content theme
  • Continuous performance monitoring of campaigns & using data to drive future campaign activity
  • Working with in-house Designers to bring content to life visuall
  • Collaborating with Sales on market intel, key content needs and informing Sales of upcoming campaigns to assist with their outbound sales effort
  • Leverage intent data to drive more personalised journeys for key prospect accounts

Qualifications

  • Are a tech-savvy, experienced B2B marketer, with Bachelor's degree in marketing or business-related field
  • Preferably minimum 5 years' experience in digital, multi-channel marketing
  • In-depth knowledge of health plans and brokers market dynamics, trends, and key players.

 

You also take pride in offering the following Core Skills, Competencies, and Characteristics:

 

  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing principles and techniques, including lead generation, account-based marketing, and marketing automation.
  • Experience with Hubspot, Salesforce, WordPress, Excel, Google Analytics & Adwords, SEO/SEM strategies
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment are organised and have strong project management skills
  • Understand the stages of the marketing and sales funnel and how to accelerate leads through both funnels
  • Understand how to execute marketing campaigns and strategies at scale
  • Can write copy and deliver thoughtful messaging that resonates with key audiences
  • Experience with marketing automation systems, modern digital marketing tools and technolog
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing principles and techniques, including lead generation, account-based marketing, and marketing automation.
  • Ability to measure analytics and pivot marketing strategies in accordance with results
  • Can think strategically, but also able and willing to execute campaigns when necessary
  • Are a self-starter, can work collaboratively, autonomously, and cross-functionally
  • Have strong oral and written communication skills with an eye for detail and a strong sense of urgency

In compliance with all states and cities that require transparency of pay, the base compensation for this position ranges from $90,000 to 100,000. Note that salary may vary based on location, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for target bonus as well as health, dental, vision, mental health and other benefits.
