As the Director, Demand Generation, you will join a vibrant and diverse Marketing team that is focused on delivering revenue through full-funnel marketing strategies; including paid media sources, lead generation, landing page optimization, integrated campaigns, and email marketing. The team is highly analytical and data driven, yet deeply customer-focused. You will lead the Demand Generation team and make strategic decisions that drive revenue growth from net new customer acquisition.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Lead the development and execution of all data-driven Demand Generation strategies that align with our overall revenue objectives.
  • Champion product-led growth initiatives, optimizing the user experience to drive organic and paid, high-quality customer signups.
  • Develop and manage paid media campaigns across various platforms (PPC, social advertising) to drive revenue.
  • Create and oversee integrated marketing campaigns that blend traditional and focused test channels for maximum impact.
  • Collaborate with the campaign operations team, ensuring efficient execution and maximizing return on investment (ROI) of campaigns.
  • Partner with Marketing Operations to develop and implement lead nurturing programs that convert campaign leads into sales-qualified opportunities.
  • Leverage marketing automation tools and data analytics to measure campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and continually optimize Demand Generation efforts.
  • Strong understanding of the sales funnel and the ability to seamlessly integrate Demand Generation activities with sales and other customer-facing teams.
  • Foster a growth mindset within the team, prioritizing experimentation and data-driven decision making.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners (e.g., Sales, Product, Customer Success) to ensure a unified customer experience.
  • Proven ability to build, lead, and inspire a high-performing Demand Generation team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
  • Experience in providing clear direction, setting expectations, and holding team members accountable for achieving results.
  • Skilled in presenting data-driven insights and recommendations to secure buy-in for strategic initiatives.
  • Able to anticipate and address the needs of senior leadership, providing proactive updates and solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience in setting and achieving ambitious yet realistic revenue goals for Demand Generation programs.
  • Strong understanding of marketing attribution models and the ability to measure the impact of Demand Generation activities on pipeline and revenue generation.
  • Data-driven and analytical, with a focus on optimizing programs for maximum return on investment (ROI).

What We'll Expect From You:

  • 8 years minimum of job related experience managing and leading Demand Generation teams in a high growth environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business related fields of Marketing or Advertising
  • Demonstrated experience in Demand Generation in the Cloud industry
  • Marketing operations experience with best-in-class marketing tools like Marketo, Salesforce, Segment.io, Snowflake
  • Experience building and managing internal marketing teams that are responsible for revenue targets
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth at scale
  • Ability to generate reports on key performance metrics and clearly communicate the results
  • Proactive communication skills and track record of setting and executing on monthly, quarterly, and annual goals
  • Deep understanding of SaaS based business models, including concepts around monthly recurring revenue and pay-back periods
  • Demonstrable critical thinking and analytical skills, including the ability and confidence to make strategic decisions based on data

  • We reward our employees. The base salary range for this position is between $185,000 - $220,000 based on relevant years of experience and skills. The salary range for this role is specific to candidates located within the U.S. and will vary for candidates outside the U.S.. Employees may qualify for a bonus in addition to base salary; bonus amounts are determined based on company and individual performance. We also provide equity compensation to eligible employees including grants of equity upon hire and the option to participate in our Employee Stock Purchase Program.
