Job Summary
The Manager, Culture and Optimum Promise, will lead and support the sales culture and Optimum Promise objectives to the achievement of the company’s purpose and deliver on strategic outcomes. As a valued member of the team, the manager will work with business channel owners to not only create partnerships but help contribute to the success of the channels. There will be the opportunity to shape and inspire the salespeople and culture capabilities.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute Optimum’s culture and Optimum Promise strategy
Contribute to the development and achievement by ensuring effective inclusion of key people and culture considerations
Celebrate our sales culture and inclusive values, and encourage fun and positive relationships at work
Collaborate with cross-functional partners and leaders to deliver culture and promise awareness
Provide expert and informed analysis and strategic advice based on culture and promise outcomes
Effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Provide insights on competitive landscape and trends and advise appropriate course of action for the future
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent is required
5-7 years of sales, culture improvement track record
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Experience in leading change, ability to build consensus and manage expectations across a wide range of stakeholders.
Proficient computer and technical skills, that help support the best solutions
Preferred Qualifications:
BA/BS in marketing, business, management or related field
Ability to think strategically
Ability to build relationships and manage key and senior level stakeholders
Excellent problem-solving, judgement, and decision-making skills in complex situations

Pay is competitive and based on a number of job-related factors, including skills and experience. The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in the posted location is $104,040.00 - $140,760.00/year.
