Manager, Corporate Tax – Financial Services Tax (Multiple Positions), PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, New York, NY. Support clients meet their tax obligations while managing the impact tax has on their business. Advise clients on their local and overseas tax affairs, while acting as a strategic consultant related to business analysis, managing working capital, and profit sharing for partners. Help organizations understand the pricing implications of goods and services between related parties, as well as providing advice on tax implications of deals. Help Financial Services clients navigate the frequently changing and complex national and international tax environment related to stringent capital requirements, management of operational tax risks, and tax implications of investing in different jurisdictions. Help clients with their tax structuring while helping to address the challenges of the continuously changing tax world, both locally and globally. Supervise and coach professional teams. Establish and maintain client relationships.

40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.Salary: $137,114 - $137,114/yr.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field plus 5 years of related work experience.

Alternatively, the Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in any field with sufficient academic coursework to obtain CPA certification in the state of Washington plus 5 years of related work experience.

Certification required: US CPA or foreign equivalent.

Must have at least one year of experience with each of the following:

·      Providing tax services to real estate owners, developers, and publicly traded REITs;

·      Working with large, complex data sets to build models and leverage data visualization tools; and

·      Producing and reviewing real estate partnership tax returns and investment trust corporate returns.

80% telecommuting permitted. Must be able to commute to the designated local office.

Domestic and/or international travel up to 20% is required.
