The Manager, Care Coaching is responsible for the oversight of evaluation of member's needs and requirements to achieve and/or maintain optimal wellness state. The Manager, Care Coaching works within specific guidelines and procedures; applies advanced technical knowledge to solve moderately complex problems; receives assignments in the form of objectives and determines approach, resources, schedules and goals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a health-related field
- 2 or more years of direct Managed Care experience in Medicare and/or Medicaid
- 1 or more years of management/leadership experience.
- Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting trends
- Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Access
- Progressive experience in the health solutions industry, with emphasis with leading and managing teams
- Must reside in Indiana, or reside close to a boarding county OH, KY, IL, MI
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in human services, social sciences, or health related field.
- Applicable State licensure in field of study
- RN or Social Worker with current State Licensure
- Previous experience in utilization management, discharge planning and/or home health or rehabilitation
- Experience with health promotion, coaching and wellness
- Health Plan experience
- Previous Medicare/Medicaid Experience
Travel This position will require a minimum of 25-50%, In the state of Indiana

Pay: $70,000.00 - $87,400.00 per year
