Recognized as a preeminent leader of integrated temperature-controlled logistics services to the food and beverage industry, we have an immediate need for a seasoned professional in the Philadelphia, PA area. As the Manager of Business Development, you will lead the development and execution of profitable growth strategies to support our local Philadelphia drayage growth requirements.

What you?ll do on a typical day:

• Partner with the Chief Commercial Officer to execute the annual Sales Plan including establishment of both monthly and annual sales objectives; execute Sales Plan objectives specific to Safeway drayage requirements.
• Build a pipeline and exceed sales growth goals; work to meet expectations of both Revenue and EBITDA
• Successfully manage customer needs to meet objectives of the company's overall business plans and growth strategies
• Identify and develop new drayage customers specifically for our greater Philadelphia market
• Use knowledge of market and industry trends, competitors, and leading customer strategies to analyze/evaluate the effectiveness of current sales, methods, costs, and results
