First Division is hiring support for The Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic Expeditionary Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance Sustainment Integrated Product Team (IPT) provides support to DCGS-MC, EW/SIGINT, SIGINT, Information Dominance, C2S, FMV, RQ-21A FoS, Spectral Bat, Split Aces, TACNET, LCES, T/HUMINT, and NMITC programs sponsored by the United States Marine Corps (USMC).
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field.
- Individual shall have notable experience in U.S. Navy programs or operations.
- Ten (10) years of experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis or financial/cost analysis. Experience shall include collection, review, and analysis of information in order to make recommendations to the Government.
- Analyzes relevant data, which may include annual revenues, employment, or expenditures.
- Interviews managers and employees while observing their operations.
- Develop solutions to problems. In the course of preparing recommendations, understand the nature of the organization, the relationship it has with others in the Government, and its internal organization and culture.
- Prepare and solve mathematical models.
- Secret Clearance is required.
