Management Analyst

You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the PERFORMANCE IMPROVMENT OFFICE OF SHIPYARD COMMANDER'S OFFICE of PEARL HARBOR NSY AND IMF.
A Cost-of-Living-Allowance (COLA) of 10.28% will be added to the stated salary. COLA is subject to change at any time.Qualifications: FOR GS-12
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector analyzing and evaluating management system or processes to identify gaps and develop solutions to improve program operations and increase productivity in support of ship alteration and repair projects.
FOR GS-11
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector conducting and evaluating studies on management systems and processes including developing recommendations to improve program operations and increase productivity in support of ship alteration and repair projects.

--Successful completion of a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree.

--Successful completion of three full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a Ph.D. or equivalent degree.
OR
