Pay Rate: $14.00

Shift: Shift Varies- 40 hours per week plus 20 hours overtime

Office Manager Tasks & Duties (What You'll Do)

• Oversee the work of all hotel employees to ensure they work productively and meet deadlines and company standards
• Answer telephone calls and emails from customers and clients and directing them to relevant staff
• Monitor office supplies and ordering new stationery, furniture, appliances and electronics as required
• Interview and train new office employees, organize their employment paperwork
• Organize maintenance companies to keep the office clean and safe and ensure its appliances are in good working order
• Report office progress to senior management and work with them to improve office operations and procedures

• Monday - Sunday

Office Manager Qualifications (Requirements / Skills)

• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in an administrative, customer service, management, or other related role
• Basic bookkeeping skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Reliability and discretion
• Office Manager experience preferred 
• Able to pass a background check 
• Able to work in the US
