Identify, enroll and serve 100 eligible fatherhood program participants, working closely with the case management team.
Developing content for and coordinating bi-weekly group educational and support activities including programs and classes using 24/7 Dad and /or Fathering in 15 curricula as well as other tools and framework.
Accurately document case management and service delivery using ChallengerSoft database and conduct periodic service goal planning meetings with individual participants monthly.
Plans and delivers practical program activities and services including bi-annual job fairs, quarterly workshops, community presentations, and other regularly scheduled community outreach and recruitment.
Link program participants to community resources such as housing, workforce development programs, transportation, food and mental health services.
Works collaboratively with the MPHD Male Engagement contractor to deliver monthly programming, education, and support for men/male partners of NSB participants.
Participates in on-going training as needed.
Minimum requirements
High School Diploma or GED with at least 3 years experience in a related field
Preferred
BA with some program management, development, or related work
Experience in Outreach and providing education to target population
Bi-lingual Spanish
