Make Ready/Maintenance

This position is for an EXPERIENCEDMake Ready/Maintenance person. Must have 2-3 years of verifiable apartment make ready & maintenance experience. HVAC experience is also required - but you do not have to be licensed or certified.

Make ready experience should include: Sheetrock repairs, painting, appliance repairs, sub-floor repairs, tile installation, minor electrical repairs, plumbing repairs, HVAC repair, appliance installation & repair, carpentry and general repairs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
