If you are interested in being part of a dynamic company culture where you can apply your technical skills to help others in a hands-on & fast-paced environment, Venterra has an excellent property management career opportunity for you as a full-time Make Ready Technician at our upcoming acquisition in the Clermont, Florida area of the Orlando market.
This role will require rotating on-call availability, and effective verbal communication skills with residents and team members. While maintenance knowledge is important, no experience within the multi-family industry is required for this position.

Our Make Ready Technicians are responsible for ensuring that all vacated apartments are thoroughly restored to "Make Ready" status, preparing the apartment for new residents in a timely manner. They may also complete various service requests as assigned by the Maintenance Manager.
Our ideal candidate will:

- Enjoy using your carpentry and technical skills to make repairs and restore apartments to new condition
