HH Staffing has partnered with a growing Property Management company in the Fort Lauderdale area in their search for a skilled Maintenance Tech/ Make Ready Tech. Experience working with basic electrical and plumping in multifamily settings. This individual must have reliable transportation. Properties are located in the Fort Lauderdale area. This is a temp to hire opportunity with strong growth potential.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements
- Perform routine preventative maintenance
- Make Ready responsibilities as well as assistance with grounds keeping
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
- Painting as necessary
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a maintenance tech and other related fields
- Ability to handle physical workload
- basic electrical and plumping skills (handyman skills)
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Must be able to pass a national criminal background check and have a clean driving record. EOE
