We work one-on-one with great candidates to help connect them with local employment opportunities. We are seeking candidates for Maintenance Worker roles on the 2nd and 3rd shifts. Compensation for these direct hire opportunities is $31.00-$35.00 per hour, depending on skills and experience. Interested? Read below for more information!
What a Maintenance Worker will do:
- Perform mechanical and electrical troubleshooting of production equipment, material handling equipment, loading dock apparatus, and mechanical conveying equipment.
- Perform electrical troubleshooting on AC and DC motor drives, distribution panels, motor controls, solenoids, relays, PLC, and other related devices
- Perform troubleshooting on pneumatic and hydraulic systems
- Perform Machinery Preventive Maintenance
- Repair plant lighting and ancillary electrical equipment systems
What you need to be a Maintenance Worker:
- 3+ years of experience in an Industrial setting as a Maintenance Worker
- Operational knowledge of automated industrial machinery including motors, servos, pumps, drives, relays, 3-phase power, communication devices, industrial/electronic controls, and power transmission systems
- Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Strong PLC troubleshooting and problem-solving ability with mechanical and electrical aptitude
- Must be able to read and interpret both electrical and mechanical drawings
- Must be fully computer literate in Microsoft environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work various shifts/overtime/weekends each week when needed
- Minnesota 2B Boiler License or higher is highly recommended #gethirednow
