Maintenance Worker

Light maintenance in a senior, independent living development. Best way to explain this position is - handyman/handywoman. Qualified candidates should have general skills in plumbing, carpentry, etc. If you are DIYer with good people skills, reliable and able to work independently, this job is for you. This position works closely with vendors to coordinate inspections, on-site jobs and the like. Job has minimal day-to-day supervision. Thus, you must be assertive in tasks to complete and excellent follow through in your tasks.

Expected hours: 20 per week
