Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Person to join our team at Hot Lake Springs Resort. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of our facilities, including buildings, grounds, and equipment. From performing routine maintenance tasks to responding to repair requests, the Maintenance Person plays a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of our resort.

Responsibilities:

· Conduct routine inspections of buildings, grounds, and equipment to identify maintenance needs

· Perform maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical repairs, carpentry, and landscaping

· Respond promptly to repair requests from guests and staff

· Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment necessary for maintenance work

· Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures

· Assist with special projects and renovations as needed

Requirements:

· Proven experience in maintenance

· Proficiency in various maintenance tasks such as plumbing,

electrical work, carpentry, and landscaping

· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Flexibility to work all shifts as needed

· Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects

Pay: $15.00 - $22.19 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
