- Performs light carpentry, electrical and plumbing tasks;
- Prepare and complete maintenance requests, work orders and updating daily logs as necessary.
- Maintains casino grounds and RV park by performing landscaping duties which inlcudes:mowing, raking, and burning leaves, planting flowers and shrubs, pruning trees, fertilizing and watering lawn and flower beds, pool/water park, and weeds removal.
- Salts sidewalks and driveways, shovels and removes snow from casino, RV and administrative parking lot and sidewalks.
- Mows grass, waters lawns, feeds and trims shrubs, tends flower beds and inspects assigned work areas regularly to insure proper standards are maintained.
- Operates lawn and grounds equipment, such as power mowers and snow blowers.
- Performs minot mechanical work and adjustments on lawn and grounds equipment.
- Picks up and empties and removes trash and refuse.
- Performs hand painting as directed.
- Replaces various kinds of light bulbs, normally at heights of 12 feet or less.
- Conducts repairs and maintenance reviews on vehicles and equipment.
- Moves furniture and equipment.
- Transports and deliver supplies and other light items.
- Completes duties are prioritized on the duty roster.
- Attends departmental staff meetings.
- Adheres to department procedures and casino policies.
