Summary of Work
This position is located at the Camp Grafton Training Center in Devils Lake, ND. The incumbent for this position will perform duties in plumbing, equipment maintenance, HVAC, and mechanical maintenance.
Minimum Qualifications
Requires completion of high school or GED and four years of work experience in plumbing & HVAC in which duties performed clearly shows a general knowledge of tasks that will be performed and will reflect the skills needed. Vocational or technical education may substitute for up to two years of the work experience requirement on a year-for-year basis. Successful completion of the interview process, reference checks and background investigation.

Summary of Work
This position is located at the Camp Grafton Training Center in Devils Lake, ND. The incumbent for this position will perform duties in plumbing, equipment maintenance, HVAC, and mechanical maintenance.
- Install and repair refrigeration equipment to include coolers, freezers, air conditioning units, chillers and heat pumps.
- Perform HVAC maintenance and repair work using construction drawings, maintenance manuals, checklists, systems diagrams, etc.
- Troubleshoot and repair or replace parts in HVAC systems.
- Adjust equipment to maintain peak performance. Read schematics for assistance in repair of equipment.
- Assist in the completion of installations and modifications to HVAC systems by following blueprints or verbal instructions.
- Repair all types of water and booster heaters, hand tools and cords.
- Perform plumbing maintenance and repair of water and sewer systems. Install associated fixtures such as toilets, sinks, faucets, and controls.
