Job Description
This position is responsible for preventive maintenance, repairing, replacing, and maintaining all facilities, grounds, property, equipment and pools. They will provide timely assistance to all departments for basic repair of items such as plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical systems.
· Maintain a high level of safety awareness, follow all safety procedures, and ensure a clean and safe work environment for all guests and employees.
· Responsible for the general maintenance of all facilities on property to include painting, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical systems.
· Responsible for maintaining lawn care and landscaping of grounds inclusive of plowing, shoveling, sweeping, mowing, weeding, planting, trimming, raking and removal of garbage and debris.
· Test and maintain equipment and machinery to a proper operating level such as the HVAC system, rooftop units, alarm system, generators, engines, chillers, fire pumps, and kitchen equipment.
· Maintain and monitor all lift stations. Perform preventive maintenance, repair, and replacement work on equipment.
· Responsible for monitoring and maintaining the pool, spas and related equipment, including keeping accurate records, ensuring consistent chemical levels, and troubleshooting issues.
· Assures an environment which emphasizes cooperation, communication, and teamwork with all departments.
· Support compliance with all internal procedures and regulatory requirements, including those associated with underage and intoxicated guests.
· Supports current law and policy to provide a work environment free from illegal and discriminatory behavior.
· Complete job duties with minimal supervision, maintain acceptable attendance, and use appropriate judgment.
