- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and plumbing problems
- Make necessary repairs within the vacation rental homes

- Experience in facilities maintenance or a related field

- General knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and general handyman skills
- Excellent customer service skills in interacting with internal team members
As a Maintenance Person, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our vacation rentals. You will conduct routine maintenance tasks, troubleshoot issues, and provide prompt repairs. Your attention to detail and ability to work independently will contribute to the overall efficiency of our operations. Apartment maintenance experience is a plus. Our homes are located throughout the Valley. Company vehicle and phone are provided.
Hours will be 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, work day Thur-Fri-Sat or Sun-Mon-Tues additional days as needed.
